The tales about light winning over the darkness and the spring that comes even after the coldest winter.

Valeryia Zakharyk

Valeryia Zakharyk is a graduate Documentary Journalism student and Fulbrighter from Minsk, Belarus. She had her bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism at Belarusian State University, studied in Norway and Sweden. Back in Belarus she was writing screenplays for historical documentary films about influential women in Belarusian history. After that she worked as a videographer and teacher for an audiovisual NGO company in France, concentrated on social inclusion of employees in integration.
