Over their final weeks together in Tulsa, he confronts change and discovers his strength and resilience while his brother prepares for life away from home. Through these moments, Owen builds confidence and a clearer sense of self as he steps into adulthood on his own terms.

Taylor Perkins is a filmmaker from Tulsa, Oklahoma who double majored in Documentary Journalism and Spanish at the University of Missouri. Her studies along with her travels and creative experiences have inspired her to pursue a career in directing and film production that highlights human connection and meaningful storytelling. Following graduation, she plans to continue building a career in film production while exploring stories that foster empathy and bring people and communities together. Outside of filmmaking, you will most likely catch Taylor on a walk with her golden retrievers, watching sports or cooking.
